Propose a clear direction for future Coalition efforts in ATIS.

1. Review all program track goals, objectives and current projects for relevance and applicability to ATIS
2. Define similar programs/activities of members in ATIS including delivery mechanisms
3. Define the customer:
   o Member customers
   o Coalition customers
4. Develop a vision for the Coalition region for ATIS
5. Define what the Coalition can do to facilitate, enhance and help members to “get it done”
